Privacy

We collect only the information needed to operate the directory and reviews. We do not sell personal data. Reviewers may post under a display name. For traffic analytics we use a cookieless analytics tool that does not identify individuals (pageviews, referrers, and popular pages only). We also log anonymized product events (such as searches, filters, and clicks on Call / Directions) in our own database to improve the product.

Personal data (PDPA)

The data controller is Thailand Hospitals (hospitalsinthailand.com). For access, correction, erasure, or other PDPA requests, use the Contact form. We aim to respond within 30 days.

When you publish a review we display your chosen name, ratings, review text, and any optional cost, insurance, or specialty you include.

Legal basis: your explicit consent to publish the review (PDPA s.19) and, where the text or fields describe your own care, explicit consent to process that health-related data (PDPA s.26). Consent is recorded per review and is not bundled with other terms.

Do not include other people's personal data, patient names, or details that identify individual staff. Stick to your own visit. See Review guidelines. Review guidelines

Approved reviews stay published until you withdraw consent. Withdrawn (deleted) reviews are hidden immediately and kept no longer than 12 months for abuse and dispute handling, then erased on request.

You may access, obtain a copy of, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). In-product: edit or delete your review. Anything else: Contact. Contact

Deleting a review withdraws publication consent for that review and unpublishes it. Facility ratings then recompute without it.
